Pro's Tip
A downhill par 4 follows but with a very narrow drive between woodland to both sides. The fairway is generally level for the first 220 yards but falls abruptly after that and again perhaps the best strategy is playing for position to achieve a level lie at around the 220 yards mark. Over ambitious drives beyond this could well kick off the fairway into the many grassy hollows which lie in wait for such a shot. From the position of the ideal drive at the top of the hill, a magnificent view of the green is given with a backdrop of mature trees and surrounded by four large deep bunkers. The green itself is undulating and although only a relatively short shot to the green it will have to be carefully positioned if a birdie opportunity is to be set up.
